There’s a show on the Travel Channel called “Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern.” If Andrew is to be believed, guinea pigs do indeed taste delicious. He ate barbequed guinea pigs in South America somewhere, skewered on a stick.

I am not recommending this.

Jo - something to do with the link between our intelligence and brain size (and therefore head size).
Though judging by some of the other comments on this thread, I suspect the posters’ mothers may have had an easier time of it…

Someone once told me, and he was serious, that he would take the day old rabbits that had appeared in our hutch off our hands as they are delicious when fried in a little garlic butter while their bones are still soft.

Of course I didn’t hand them over.

They died two days later.

Oh how cute - baby Neep Neeps!

My neighbour has a shed full of rabbits and neep neeps which I look after when they go away.

Neep Neeps is what Alexander called them when little - because that’s the noise they make.

You are such a soft clart - there is no way you’d sell them to the kebab man!
