I only follow the election through http://socksandbarney.com which almost preaches Obama though, but it’s funny and it’s a less boring way of following the whole election crap than tv or the newspapers.

Gad. The only person I know who irons their underwear is my MIL… I don’t iron anything if humanly possible.

And I too can’t believe the election crap goes on for so long in the US. Here in Canada it’s over in a couple of weeks.

Dwayne - That U2 film is showing near us too. Kerry has plans to see it at some point.

HP - That’s what I get for reading US blogs. Pub crawls are pretty cool, although I’m not sure I could stomach one these days.

Phil - We haven’t seen spooks yet, but have heard good things about it. it’s on our list.

CableGirl - Someone who irons underwear looks a lot like the gentleman pictured above, but about 12 years younger

Stacy - I don’t even iron my outerwear

Gail - That’s not me, that’s Rob. Uni was good, but no thanks to Sunderland. Northumberland on the other hand is lovely. We’ve hired a cottage up there for three years in a row (although not last year)

xbox4NappyRash - I had to work today, and so needed to be home friday night at a reasonable time (as it is I left London about 7pm and didn’t get home until 1:30am).
I’m not a musicals person, but I have heard very good things about Wicked. I’d rather see Avenue Q though. Last time I was in London I saw the reduced shakespear company and that was very enjoyable.

Morticia - I wondered why my underpants used to be crease free when we shared a house.

Shannanb - To be fair I don’t think he irons his underwear anymore.

I have to agree that I am not sure I know what a man who irons his underwear looks like. I would however LOVE to come to England someday.
