Daddy and daughter

IMG_9980.JPG

Like virtually every other blogger on the planet I’m participating in NaBloPoMo this month. Even though I’m normally a pretty prolific poster anyway I must admit that I’m finding coming up with a blog entry each and every day a little grueling. Especially as I’m simultaneously working on another top secret project at the moment.

So today I’m cheating and posting a photo Kerry took last week. The sharp eyed among you will notice that I am sporting a rather spiffy University of Idaho T-Shirt that was very kindly sent to me by the marvelously generous Phil from A Family Runs Through It. Thanks Phil, you’re a good egg.

Awesomely cute. Girls are lighter than boys, generally, aren’t they? I’m also struggling with the NaBloPoMo thing, though the main impact is in how it cuts into my blog reading time,

Tracy - For the interest of my own self esteem and vanity I shall interpret your comment to be referring to me rather than my daughter.

What a classic photo. Again, one deserving of a frame and a place on the wall.

And I’m not just saying that because of the cool t-shirt. :)

I was flipping through your flickr album and it struck me on what a wonderful record you have of your family in there.

What type of camera do you use (I’m sure you’ve answered or mentioned this in the past but I’m lazy)? Do you keep backups or just store everything on Flickr?

You could have a month’s worth of these images and you have succeeded in the whole NanBloMoEatMoPoMoFo thing! Way too cute!

Let me know if you want a Boston College shirt…Nothing says “I am cool” like a shirt from the Jesuits!

Yea! Way to represent the Pacific Northwest!

Although I am a bit sad that I didn’t think of sending a Washington State University shirt before Phil started to warp your mind first. U of I is only 8 miles away from my alma mater. And everyone knows that all they do in Moscow, Idaho is smoke pot. (Ahem. I’ll kindly ask you to ignore my own college experience…)

What is she doing, squishing a mushroom on your forehead? And how come nobody sends me free stuff?

Wow, you have NaBloPoMo in the UK too?! I’m not doing it this year. It’s tough enough to keep up with the reading…over 200 posts in the Google reader since I haven’t checked in since last Thursday.

That picture is ridiculously cute. I have one kind of similar that I cropped out all but the top of my head and framed.

Hey man, if you’re collecting shirts, I’ll be glad to send you a University of Texas tee, though fair warning, their colors are burnt orange and white.
