They've actually killed off Booster Gold, Blue Beetle, Ice, Rocket Red, Elongated Man, Elongated Man's wife, and Max Lord.

And I think there might be one or two more, too.

DC is definitely the book of choice for me, although I love Watchmen and Dark Knight just as much as JLI. Grant Morrison's JLA run was excellent as well.

I'd love to think that you just happened to hit the shutter release accidentally, and capture your homelife in just one photo. So that's the way it shall stay in my head.

Is Batman begins a comic/graphic-novel? I have no idea about these things, as I read books instead, but then I was always vexed by the childish terminology of Scrooge McDuck's three nephews (one point each for remembering their names). I mean - "Unca Scrooge"? Honestly.

Having seen both Batman Begins and Spiderman, I think Batman Begins has a lot more to it. And I can't wait for The Dark Knight.

Still haven't worked out a way to video stuff. Maybe the secretaries at work will allow me to use the iCamera on their iMacs. Though I'd have to work out how to persuade them that the orangutan impressions were connected with work...

Dude I was going to comment on your list but then you had to go changing your template and making me stare at the shininess and sparkle of it and forgetting about your interesting responses.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm new template argggglllllllllll.

In case one was wondering that means I like the new template... love the new template.

As a young man I too was drawn to JL Int for its unique humor, something not explored in the other comics I was reading at the time. I always remember with fondness the issue where the Galactus rip off shows up to redecorate the planet in awful colours.

Just pure fun.

I really like that sculpture - I'm really glad I asked that because I've seen some really interesting pieces and your favorite painting makes me smile (broadly) (is there an emoticon for smiling broadly?)

People in the Sun - To be honest I don't think I've ever met anyone from Japan at all. I've met quite a few Chinese people, but I was in China at the time.

And I'd noticed you had tagged me. Thank you very much, my effort will be coming shortly.

0. I'm at work with Internet Explorer. New design looks great. I even recognize the picture in the frame.

1. I suppose it has to be Marvel. I grew up with Tex (the Texan cowboy).

2. I saw somewhere in England a statue of a giant rabbit? Or was I imagining that? I was on my way back from Glastonbury so anything is possible.

3. Cute. You can tell the yellow is very firm--very older sister.

4. Just because there are more people like me out there doesn't make me less of a pervert.

5. I wish I knew for sure. Have you ever met a Japanese person who didn't see a ghost?

6. I tagged you with blogging tips thingy. Don't be mad. You don't have to do it, you know. But it'll be fun.
