Do you have the Discovery HD channel there? If so, it will captivate you for hours.

    BANG!

    I just shot you.

Property Ladder? Please tell me you’re joking. Here, I’ll just remove your brain through your ear with my kitchen tongs, it will be quicker, and less painful…

HD rules. I find myself watching the paint dry channel all day, just because it’s pretty.

Pandy got a fantastic new all singing dancing large screen tv a few weeks ago, the people look so large and real on it and ‘in the liviing room’ just because of the size of it. I pointed out it was just as well we don’t watch porn else we’d have to put up a splashguard.
Proper 70’s Columbo looks fabulous on it.

Hey hey, when I try to email you back it says ‘delayed’ and then it says ‘could not be delivered’ – I think your account may be playing up.

I’m disappointed… no picture of it? If you’re going to maximize the jealousy factor you’ll at least need a picture.

As we have no TV access because of the decorating – when do you next need any babysitting?

Ummm, you know all us men have to know how BIG it is!

We bought a 42″ HDTV last year and the first thing I noticed was how old all the actors and news anchors suddenly looked.

I’ve been thinking of Beeny’s Bosoms all night, and still can’t come up with anything better.

    Ahh, Beeny.

I wondered how it would be if I went on Property Ladder, doing up houses. Beeny would probably chastise me for painting the walls anything other than beige, and for adding a feature which, “wouldn’t add anything to the value of the house, and would alienate a proportion of the market”. I’d just be stood there gawping, and my only response would be, “you’re lovely”.
The house would then sell for about £20k more than Beeny predicted, and she’d put it down simply to, “the general rise in house prices in the area”.

So she likes beige, is usually wrong about the price, gets quite huffy with some people who disagree with her; but my, those bosoms…

Oli, I think you may need some help. I’m telling you this as a friend.

The TV is pretty damn nifty. I was a little concerned about the picture quality for a while but I messed with the contrast and sharpness for a bit and it’s much better now. It’s only a 32″ screen, but as we have a 33″ house that is probably just as well. anything bigger and our house would look like an episode of Cribs.

I’ve always been more of a Kirsty Allsopp man myself. Although she is thinking of running for parliament for the Torys so that has put me off a bit.

I think it might have been Dead Ringers who did a spoof of Kirsty and Phil. He had an over effected lisp, whereas she opened with “I’m Kirsty – I wasn’t born, I was knitted”. Classic.
