Hardly the Blondin family

I was sat of the sofa, with Amy standing on my lap.

“Let’s play acrobats!” I suggested, intending to balance her on my shoulders.

“I already play acrobats when I am at Grandma’s house Daddy”

“Do you?” I asked innocently “How do you play that then?”

Her eyes lit up. “You have to JUMP on the bed!” She shouted jubilantly, leaping into the air by way of demonstration and coming down heavily with both feet planted firmly into my stomach.

To be honest, I’ve decided that I don’t really like playing acrobats all that much.
