What&#039;s funny is that a lot of Southern California highways don&#039;t even have paint down anymore. They&#039;ve got little rounded bumps. That way, if you&#039;re talking on your cell, drinking your latte, and changing your XM satellite station, you don&#039;t have to worry about &quot;watching&quot; the road. You&#039;ll &quot;feel&quot; it when you change lanes...</description>
