The Wendy house is now up, and has proven to be a great success. Some of the walls don’t exactly meet at points, but that just adds to the rustic charm in my opinion. Just like the fact the steps I’ve recently built wobble when you put your weight on them adds to the rustic charm. Oh yes, the garden is shaping up to be very charming in its rusticness.
The actual construction was suprisingly enjoyable, mainly because I’d persuaded my friend Craig and my sister and mother to come round and help. Their input was very much appreciated, even if Craig did break one of the windows.

Amy instructs her father on some of the finer points of wendy house construction

Again I must express my gratitude towards Craig. Both for his efforts in helping me put the wendy house together without a mutter of complaint, and also for being a bit balder than I am.

I wasn’t the only one that broke a window buster. Your drill-scorch marks count too.
Nice picture… it’s getting harder and harder to live in baldy-denial :)
