Centenary

This is my hundredth post. To mark this auspicious occasion I thought I would take a look back through the archives and pull out some of my favourite posts from the last eight months. That way I don’t have to bother to think about what to write. I was tempted to have a Top Hundred, but seeing as though that would have encapsulated every post I’ve actually written I thought I’d go for a Top Five. The ones I’ve chosen aren’t particularly the most humorous or skilfully executed, but for one reason or another they stand out to me. So, in reverse chronological order:

If anyone fancies pointing out any of their favourites then I’m sure my narcissistic ego would enjoy the massage.

Don’t think I can single out any one in particular because they have all had an impact, smiles, outrage (joking really - where did you get that saw?) laughter (a lot of it out loud!) pride and sometimes the odd tear. This blog has brought a lot of pleasure, thank you.

Some of your recent posts have made me laugh out loud to the point of tears, but I think my favorites (which I can’t locate in your directory right now!) are from when you went on holiday to the farm.

It just looked so bucolic and English and peaceful. I was and am completely jealous.

I love this blog, I tell everyone about it as I’m really proud of what you’ve created.

Thanks babes for having such a good idea

Both Kerry and I had to look up the word bucolic in the dictionary.

We were worried for a while you were acusing us of having the plague.
